MORE TULIPS

So the tulips are now in full bloom, as you can see from the front page of the local newspaper.  The cool weather has caused a late start, but now they are just about everywhere.

While the tulips were blooming, we were away on a little vacation, as mentioned in last week's short post.  It was nice to check out some new places for a few days.  Dora-dog even had an opportunity to chase the Air B&B owner's cat, so from her point of view, it was a successful holiday.  Mary and I would have to agree.

Out walking yesterday, we came across some additional tulips.

Now that we are back in Shelter Bay, Dora-dog can once again keep watch over the resident squirrel, that continues to taunt her, every chance that it gets from its perch in the tree at the corner of the yard.   Vigilant as always, Dora-dog keeps watch, hoping that maybe one day, the squirrel will make a mistake and fall into the yard.  Then the chase will be on.

grateful for every breath,

Paul
